Executive Standard™ Jamaica was developed by Michelle Parkes, former Miss Jamaica Universe NW franchise holder and corporate training specialist with 15+ years leading teams in Jamaica's hospitality, and professional services sectors.

The program emerged from a consistent gap observed across industries: technically excellent professionals whose careers stalled due to inconsistent behavioral standards in high-visibility moments.
